Corporate Social Responsibility

At Mallcom, we believe in giving back to the society more than we take. We believe that a little bit of responsibility showed on our part can change the whole world and its societies for the better. We take all the necessary steps for that and we are proud to say that our endeavours do not stop at that. We spread our ideologies to the people around us. We try to provide a new platform through our activities to encourage everyone to take their bits of learning and contribute more for the social good.

We have taken the proud initiative of recycling waste paper. Mallcom along with a NGO named T-Shed has undertaken this unique project. The NGO collects the used paper and all other materials which can be reused and recycled with some efforts from us on a periodical basis. The NGO then sells them to the recycle paper plants and the money generated is used for the developing the lives of numerous “rag pickers” who work day and night to clean the garbage of towns and cities.

As a part of our CSR initiatives, we have also tied up with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, a NGO which provides education and the facilities to upgrade basic skills to the underprivileged and below poverty line citizens of India. The Company has already inducted two students from DRF who are working as Data Entry Operators at Mallcom.

The Company is working in close association with IL&FS Ltd, a leading infrastructure leasing firm, in providing sustainable remuneration generating model for house wives and people from BPL (Below Poverty Line) level. We provide the infrastructure to teach and train the people on usage of stitching machines. We have provided training to more than 2,000 people in past two years with more than 60 days of training to each person.
