Mr. Ajay Mall is the founder Director of the Mallcom group of companies. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Managing Director of Mallcom (India) Ltd since its inception. A graduate in Commerce from the Calcutta University, he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a Member of the British Institute of Management, UK.
He has a varied and rich experience in the field of corporate financing, Foreign Exchange Management, International Marketing and Trade, Computers, Internal Control Mechanisms and a lot more for more than two decades. He has been instrumental in bringing about technological superiority and managerial excellence in the Company’s operations since its inception. |

| Mr. Panna Lal Mundhra, Director |

Mr. Panna Lal Mundhra, a distinguished alumnus of India’s premier business school, ISWB&M, Kolkata is in the Board of Mallcom (India) Ltd., since 1993. As a distinguished Board Member, he has spearheaded Mallcom’s globalization efforts. He had also led Mallcom’s IPO in 1995 and built strategic alliances with venture funding institutions.
He possesses rich experience in the field of Finance and Management Consultancy, having worked as a part of the core team in several public listed reputed Indian organizations. He has also been in the Audit Committee of the Company. |

| Mr. Giriraj Mall, Director |

Mr. Giriraj Mall is on Board of Mallcom (India) Ltd since 2010. After completion of his M.S. and M.B.A., he joined the Mallcom Group. He has been actively working in the field of Occupational Health and Safety for more than 17 years. He is also in the Executive Committee of CII (ER)- Safety Task Force, and Safety Appliance Manufacturers’ Association (SAMA) and member of American Society for Quality Control (ASQC).
His techno-commercial expertise has played a pivotal role in the Company to foray into various manufacturing activities. His active involvement in the development, designing, manufacturing and marketing of products pertaining to PPE has given him a special place in the Indian OSHE industry. He is working in close associations with Health and Safety Executives of leading global firms to create a strategic program for usage of certified PPE. |

Mr. Naresh Pachisia, B.Com, CFP, AMP (ISB, Hyderabad) is a Promoter-Managing Director of SKP Securities Ltd. He carries a rich experience of over 28 years in capital markets, especially in equity research, investment management and broking services, wealth advisory and financial planning and investment banking. He is an active contributor on the Boards of several reputed listed companies.
Mr. Pachisia has been inducted as a Board member in year 2011. With his diversified knowledge on business management, corporate governance & family business with particular relevance to small and mid sized companies and rich experience and strong association with capital market, the Company will be benefited for managing its affairs in a strategic manner in the interest of its stakeholders. |

Mr. Ravindra Pratap Singh is a newly inducted member in the Board of Mallcom (India) Ltd w.e.f.April, 2011. A combination of foresight and professional experience CA R.P.Singh is a post graduate from University of Calcutta and a fellow member of ICAI with more than 24 years of experience. He is one of the Senior Partners of the leading auditing firm, Lodha & Co., Kolkata.
Mr. Singh in his professional carrear has rendered assurance services, handled financial planning assignments and provided income tax advises to diversified clients across a wide range of industries. He is carrying an extensive experience in Corporate & Management Advisory services including corporate restructuring, mergers & demergers and valuations, Debt Restructuring, Advisory on Asset Reconstruction, Due Diligence Review projects for several large Indian entities. |
